  2. Preliminary Assessment: The school office conducts a preliminary assessment upon receiving the application to ensure that all necessary documents and information have been submitted. If there are any missing or incomplete details, students may be asked to provide additional materials.

  3. Online Video Interview: To assess the student’s English proficiency or other relevant skills, the school may arrange an online video interview. This step helps the school gain a more comprehensive understanding of the applicant.

  4. Application Evaluation: The school conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the application materials, considering academic performance, recommendation letters, interview performance, and other factors. This may involve an academic review committee or relevant admissions staff.

  5. Send Admission Results and Fee Details: Within a certain timeframe, the school sends admission result notifications to applicants, typically indicating whether they have been accepted and providing details regarding fees. This process is often completed within 7 days of submitting the application.
